TOMATO, BURRATA & A HINT OF CHILLI RAVIOLI WITH OLIVES AND BASIL
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack of TOMATO, BURRATA & A HINT OF CHILLI RAVIOLI
- 50 g of pitted olives
- 1 bunch of basil
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- Extra virgin olive
- Salt
METHOD
Crush the garlic in a small bowl, add 1/2 tablespoon of chopped basil, and cover with 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Finely chop the olives. Cook the ravioli in lightly salted boiling water, then drain them and transfer them into a serving bowl. Dress with the basil oil and olives, then mix well.
Finish with some chopped parsley.
