INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack of TORTELLINI WITH PROSCIUTTO DI PARMA
  • 80 g of mozzarella
  • 60 g of sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

METHOD

Cut the mozzarella cherry tomatoes in half and chop the sun-dried tomatoes. Combine them in a bowl and drizzle with a little olive oil.
