INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack of TORTELLINI WITH PROSCIUTTO DI PARMA
- 80 g of mozzarella
- 60 g of sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 1 bunch of basil
- Salt
- Pepper
METHOD
Cut the mozzarella cherry tomatoes in half and chop the sun-dried tomatoes. Combine them in a bowl and drizzle with a little olive oil.
