MUSHROOM RAVIOLI WITH GARLIC AND BACON
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack of MUSHROOM RAVIOLI
- 1 clove of garlic
- 50 g of smoked bacon
- 1 bunch of thyme
- 30 g of butter
- salt and pepper
METHOD
Sauté the bacon in a pan, then add the peeled and finely sliced garlic and let it cook for a few more moments until the garlic begins to turn golden. Add a few sprigs of thyme. Meanwhile, cook the ravioli in lightly salted water, then drain them and add them to the pan with the sauce. Stir, adding a little pasta cooking water if necessary.
Finish with a grind of pepper and serve.
