Ricotta & Spinach Tortellini

Roughly chopped spinach and fabulously creamy, fresh ricotta, wrapped in paper thin pasta. Try serving them with a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil, chilli flakes and a squeeze of fresh lemon.

Pasta 47%: soft wheat flour, eggs 30%, durum wheat semolina.
