PUMPKIN & MOZZARELLA RAVIOLI WITH RANA TOMATO AND MASCARPONE SAUCE
INGREDIENTS

- 1 pack of RANA TOMATO & MASCARPONE SAUCE
- 1 bunch of parsley
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
METHOD
Heat the RANA TOMATO & MASCARPONE SAUCE in a small pan without adding any additional seasoning.
Cook the tortellini in plenty of lightly salted water and drain them after the time indicated on the package. Transfer them to a bowl and toss with the sauce, adding a few spoonfuls of pasta cooking water if needed.
Mix well and finish by adding a few parsley leaves for flavor.
